Pengurusan Pengetahuan Membantu Penambahbaikan Prestasi Pengajaran di Politeknik Premier
Abstract
Premier Polytechnic has an important role to produce skilled students in vocational and technical fields. The practice of sharing knowledge among lecturers have to be a new culture at the Polytechnic Premier for the purpose of preserving knowledge in vocational and technical fields. knowledge management is one of thr way to preserve knowledge. The effective knowledge management can be utilized optimally and be able to increase the performance of lecturers. Research in Institutions of Higher Learning shows that learning about knowledge management leading to the achievement of lecturers should be investigated because of the lack of research rather than to solve the problem of displacement and retirement lecturer. Therefore, this study investigates the relationship between knowledge management and the achievement of teaching. This study used a qualitative approach using interviews with administrators Polytechnic and experts in the field of knowledge management. The results of the study can be a guide to the Premier Polytechnic in designing and uncertain direction specific to the knowledge management aspects of performance improvement lecturers.
