In fact, a meticulous and careful planning can enable community college graduates to generate high income careers through the Technical and Vocational skills education and training obtained. However, these students need some assistance in planning their careers and require a certain catalyst to ensure that it can be implemented. This study was conducted to identify influential catalyst factors among Community College graduates career planning in facing the ordeal of the challenging career world. This quantitative study was conducted on 222 community college graduates of Melaka and Negeri Sembilan regions as a study sample exceeding the minimum sample recommendation of G Power application for analysis involving t- test (102), One-way Anova (159) and Pearson Correlation (115). Data were collected using a Google Form questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS 23.0 to obtain the results. The findings of the study show that the Catalyst Factors are (1) External Courses (mean = 4.44; p = .646); (2) Scientific Visits (min = 4.34; p = .126); (3) Co-curriculum (min = 4.27; p = .121); and (4) Part-Time Job (mean = 4.15; p = .176) has an influence in Community College Graduate Career Planning. These factors, on the other hand, do not have significant differences in gender groups and study programs for career planning of community college graduates. However, there is a moderate correlation (r = .602) between the Catalyst Factor and the Career Planning of Community College Graduates. Hence, these findings can be utilized as a guideline for community college management in designing career development programs for Community College students.
