Author Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in submitting your manuscript to the Politeknik & Kolej Komuniti Journal of Engineering and Technology (PMJET).
Authors are highly advised to read the Author Guidelines in preparing their manuscript according to PMJET's specifications to ensure a smooth publication of journal articles. Authors are reminded to avoid plagiarism and adhere to the code of ethics of the PMJET.
Submission Guidelines
PMJET is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles related to applied research, innovations, and best practices in engineering technology and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
Manuscripts submitted for consideration of publication in PMJET must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere in electronic or printed form. The manuscript has not been published previously. The corresponding author should declare this when submitting the manuscript to the journal.
PMJET uses the online platform Online Journal System (OJS) for the publication processes which include submission, reviewing, proofreading, and copyediting. The new author will be required to register as a new user before proceeding to the submission stage. The publication processes take approximately 26-28 weeks once the manuscript is submitted by the authors through the online system. Before the reviewing process, each submission will undergo screening using Turnitin software to ensure a Similarity Index of < 30% before the review process begins.

Those submitting manuscripts should be carefully checked to ensure that all works contributed to the manuscript are acknowledged. The list of authors should include all those who can legitimately claim authorship.
