Penggunaan Serat Selulosa Di Dalam Panel Konkrit (IBS)
Abstract
IBS components are widely used nowadays due to the lower concrete panels. This IBS has the potential to be lightweight, economical, facilitating construction and environmental friendly works. Previous studies have begun to focus on the modification of concrete panels (IBS) by added material to enhance the capacity of the concrete properties of the panel. In this study, the "concrete panel", with the density of 1600kg/m³ was produced with the use of 0.3% and 0.5% of the cellulose fibre-added substance. Separation of fibre from recycled paper through the process of "Deinking washing". Laboratory tests are compression strength test at the age of the concrete in the age of 7 and 28 days. The results of compressive strength testing showed the use of a percentage of total fibre of 0.3% to increase compression strength by 1.7% at age 28 days. For the 0.5% compression of compressive strength increased by 2.7%. Therefore, the results of compression test prove that the concrete panel (IBS) has achieved the desired strength.
